The surreal world of fairy tales and make-believe come to life and become something tangible through Jenny Walsh’s whimsical and nostalgicpieces. With designs based on humanmovement, Jenny creates pieces that seem to have a life, spirit and personality all of their own. The unique narrative so obviously contained in each of these pieces gives them an animated expressiveness unattainable in mass produced furniture. It is hoped that when placed in a home they can fulfil not just a practical function but an emotional function too. Her goal is to create pieces with the ability, even just for a moment, to brighten up your day.
