We have been asked to produce an event for Creative and Cultural Skills which will take place at the Goldsmiths Hall in the City of London on the 12th of May. As well as plugging in the lights, bringing down a few projectors, building some plinths and rigging up a sound system, we’ve also been asked to show the work of people within our network who’s attitude and approach we admire.
The evening aims to bring together key player’s from the sector together. As well as the objects on display there will be speeches, chaired by David Worthington, Chair, Creative & Cultural Skills & Chair, Design Division, Media Square plc Catherine Large & Pauline Tambling, Joint Chief Executive, Creative & Cultural Skills Michael Davis, Chief Executive, UK Commission for Employment & Skills.
‘Now is a crucial time for employers and entrepreneurs, trade associations and unions, and higher and further education providers to come together to articulate clearly what the education and training system needs to look like for the UK’s world-renowned creative economy to thrive. As the sector skills council for the creative and cultural industries, supported by our partners the UK Commission for Employment and Skills, we play a key role in making this happen.’
If you would like to attend please get in touch through Creative and Cultural Skillls website.
