Chloe Scadding is an emerging design talent in the textiles industry. She specialises in mixed media surface design, creating high-end fabrics for the Fashion and Interior market. She is exhibiting laser cut wood panels and a range of fabrics and paper designs with some matching cushions with Safgos Studio at Designersblock 2011.
A graduate of Chelsea College of Art and part of ‘Texprint 2009’ Chloe currently works freelance in design and consultancy, her collections selling to such clients as Donna Karan, Diane Von Furstenberg, Calvin Klein, Armani, Victoria’s Secret and Gap.
Chloe is also a Guest lecturer at Hereford College of Art where she has recently completed a period of practical based research through the Arts Council funded AA2A scheme.
Chloe’s unique style comes from her creative use of materials and techniques in which she combines contemporary innovations and traditional methods.
